Wow, what a break from the norm. I bought this map online, and it appears to be a great quality map. What was sublime though was the quality of customer service I recieved when I noted the product didnt quite match the advert. Turns out the picture was out of date and has since been updated. The AA offered to pay the postage for me to return the map for a full refund, however I chose to keep the map, as it is the most comprehensive road atlas I can find. Plus the AA sent me a travel guide for my journey free of charge as an apolagy for the mix up. Good Products + Great Service = Happy Customer
