How it works

The disposable tube contains yellow crystals which turn green in the presence of alcohol. When a measured volume of breath is passed through the tube (after inflating the bag), the extent of the green colour change within the tube indicates if you are above or below the legal driving limit in France.

Do not conduct the test within 20 minutes of the last drink and do not smoke immediately before use.
