Choosing the right binding

Again, binding comes down to personal choice! Here is what some of our customers have told us:

Flexi-bound: Bound with a durable but flexible, plastic-coated cover. Flattens fairly easily, so perfect to give a fairly undisrupted view of each double-page spread.

Spiral bound: Covers are bound together with a plastic spiral. Easy to open fully and quickly navigate between pages. No battles to keep the atlas open at the right page! Wire bound has similar properties.

Paperback or softback: Standard binding which allows for a fairly undisrupted view of the map area. Can be glued or stitched or both.

Hardback: Sturdy and durable.
